We are pleased that you are here and that we can welcome you. Your health is important to us. Therefore, we are anxious to do everything to protect your health as well as the health of our employees and at the same time to offer you a nice an relaxing vacation. In the following we would like to show you what we, but also you, can do so that we can all get through this extraordinary time safely and healthily and still be able to enjoy the beautiful sides of life.

Please note that we reserve the right to adapt the measures at any tome to current requirements as well as the regulations and recommendations oft he Swiss Federal Office of Public Health. From Saturday 17 October 2020 until further notice, at the behest of the cantonal government of Graubünden, protective masks wearing is compulsory for persons aged 12 and over in indoor public areas.

What we do to protect your health

General

Our employees maintain the specified minimum distance
Our employees wear a protective mask if the minimum distance is not guaranteed
Disinfectant is available in the entrance area
General points of contact, such as door handles, light switches, stair railings, etc. are cleaned and disinfected regularly
Holiday flats are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and ventilated every time guests change

Reception

The reception area is cleaned, disinfected and ventilated at regular intervals
Protective masks must be worn during check-in and check-out if the minimum distance cannot be maintained
The room keys and the credit card reader are disinfected after each use

Sauna

Our sauna can still be used
The sauna is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and aired daily. In addition, the sunbathing areas are disinfected.
Please contact us if you would like to use the sauna. There will be a list of dates and times on the sauna door, so you can see when (at what time) and from which apartment the sauna is occupied.
Our sauna is in operation daily (except Saturdays) from 15:30 to 19:30. The times are adjusted according to the registration of the guests from each apartment.
In order to protect you, the simultaneous use of the sauna is allowed only by the people from the same apartment. For this reason, the sauna stay is limited to 1 hour per participating apartment occupant -> so that, despite these measures, as many guests as possible can benefit from our sauna.

What you can do for your health and that of others

General

Keep the specified minimum distance
Wear a protective mask if the minimum distance cannot be guaranteed
Clean or disinfect your hands regularly
Sneeze and cough in a handkerchief or in the crook of your arm
Please inform us immediately if you experience any symptoms and stay in your holiday flat. We will contact the local medical practice for you and inform you immediately after consultation with the doctor

Disinfect your hands before entering and keep the minimum distance

Sauna

Please contact us if you wish to use the sauna
Please provide us with the contact details of all persons who wish to use the sauna
Please observe the specifications for maximum occupancy and minimum distances
