The furnishings of all apartments are made of larch and spruce wood. The apartment-names refer to the local forest-trees.
The name Vallaina is also rooted in the local nature. It comes from the Rhaeto-Romanic language and is composed of the words "Val" (valley) and "Laina" (wood). The Vallaina (wood valley) is located behind the village of Compatsch and was the inspiration for the name of our house.
All our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen. Cookware, cutlery, pots, pans and bowls are available in sufficient number. Fondue and raclette dishes can be borrowed at any time. All apartments have a balcony, where you can enjoy the sun and the fresh mountain air while enjoying the magnificent view.
The sauna on the parterre invites you to relax. The ski room also has a ski boot aerator and warmer.
An enormous variety of bread and rolls is offered by the Rechsteiner-bakery. Your order will be delivered daily to your apartment door.
